We ship from our storage in Germany. The shipping time depends on the size and weight of the goods and the destination.
Delivery to Germany: 2 – 3 days
Delivery inside EU: 5 – 7 days
Delivery to Eastern Europe: 7 – 14 days
Delivery worldwide: 7 – 21 days
You can easily create your account during the checkout process. If you want to create your account before you place an order, please visit the “My Account” page listed in the footer menu of this page.
Note: It is not required to create an account in our shop. To keep your data as private as possible, you can place your order as a guest. Like this we do not store your personal data and use it for the purpose to fulfill your order only.
In case you created an account at our shop, you can navigate to the “My Account” listed in the footer menu of this page and click on “Addresses”. There you can change your shipping address.
After we received, confirmed and shipped your order, you will receive an email from us. This includes a tracking link provided by the shipping company of our choice.
We do not store any information about credit cards or any other sensible payment data inside the shop. The checkout process is secured by SSL and handled by the payment provider of your choice.
We ship to many countries worldwide. More detailed information about the countries we deliver to can be found during the checkout process.
Most of our furniture items will be shipped in a single package, but that depends on the size of each furniture.
Yes. Feel free to be the first to receive a freshly restocked item 😀 You can simply order a sold-out item like you would with a regular one. Add it to your cart and follow the checkout process. Your order will be fulfilled asap after we restocked the item.
Returns & Support
We accept returns during the first 30 days of arrival and offer you an easy Money-Back-Guarantuee. It is possible to return the items you ordered in case of damages caused by transportation or manufactoring defect.
Please note, return shipping fees apply. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping and handling fees.

Complains that haven’t been filed to the transportation company immediately after delivery cannot be accepted any longer.
